Relationships don't have to be with a boyfriend or a girlfriend. They can be with you best friend or family. But, all relationships with you spouse, family or friends should be healthy. By healthy, there should be happiness between everyone, balance, no abuse, communication, and everyone should be able to laugh and have fun!
Balance is when both partners needs are being met. If the relationship is all about you, only your needs are being met. If it's all about me, only my needs are being met. A healthy balanced relationship is being all about us.
No relationship is perfect and not everything will be balanced, fun or happy 24/7, But these are all good things to be educated on and to practice.
